I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and managed to spend time with family and loved ones. As we approach the end of 2025 I wanted to give one more push for new ward panel members. I did send this message a while ago but here it is again for any new members on Met Engage or those who may have missed the first one

Do you care about what happens in your local area? Want to have a say in how we police your community? Then join your local Police Ward Panel and work with us to make a real difference.

What is a Ward Panel?
Ward Panels bring together local residents, businesses, and community representatives with the police every three months. These meetings are your chance to share concerns, discuss crime trends, and help set the policing priorities for your area.

Why get involved?

Your voice matters – Tell us what issues affect your community, from anti-social behaviour to burglary prevention.

Work in partnership – Police and residents collaborate to find practical solutions.

Focus on what matters most – Together, we decide the top priorities for the next quarter.
